HEART ON THE LIPS

At a time when, on the Internet, videos supposed to teach seduction techniques reach hundreds of millions of views, Heart on the Lips is a venture on the well-trodden paths of amorous poetry. We are convinced that a love poem must be said out loud, like in the times of the troubadours.

The white clown is here in the shadow of solar flares, looking like he is crushed by the ‘fires of love’. He is reciting twenty love poems that Jean Lambert-wild has written. Each poem unfolds inexorably in an exploration of that feeling that is love; each goes so far that it seems to get lost… Until it falls back, as if by magic, on a sequence that opens with the eponymous verse ‘heart on the lips’ and that ends, after an alliteration on the sound ‘ure’, on these words, like a conclusion: ‘to love again’.
